Cincinnati shooting: What happened after the gun went off?

Samuel DuBose was fatally shot by University of Cincinnati police officer Ray Tensing on 19 July after Tensing pulled him over for a missing front licence plate.

The prosecutor has since released footage captured by Officer Tensing's body camera to explain the murder charges brought against Tensing.

But what happened exactly in the moments leading up to the fatal shot and the minutes after?
