Obama releases climate video ahead of clean energy plan
Barack Obama has explained the need to reduce America's CO2 emissions in a video as he prepares to outline his Clean Power Plan.
He is due to announce the restrictions on CO2 from electricity that each individual state will have to implement.
The President has said the strategy is the biggest and most important step taken by the US to combat climate change.
