Donald Trump: 'Nothing to apologise for'
Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has defended a comment he made about a Fox News presenter during a TV debate.
Mr Trump said Megyn Kelly of Fox News "had blood coming out of her eyes, blood coming out of her wherever".
A major US conservative forum dropped Mr Trump as a speaker, saying it was unacceptable for him to suggest that a journalist was tough on him because she was menstruating.
On NBC's Meet the Press Donald Trump said he had "nothing to apologise for" as "only a deviant" would think he had said something inappropriate.
