Kerry hails 'historic moment' as US embassy reopens in Cuba

John Kerry has become the first US Secretary of State to visit Cuba in 70 years, to take part in a ceremony to celebrate the reopening of the US embassy in Havana.

The same US flag that was brought down in 1961 was finally raised once again, in what Mr Kerry hailed as a "truly historic moment".
