Clinton's 'top secret' emails won't be released

The US State Department says it will not allow some of Hillary Clinton's private emails to be released because they contain information it considers "top secret".

It applies to seven email chains in an unsecured account that was used by Mrs Clinton when she was Secretary of State.

She's come under close scrutiny over the emails during her campaign to win the Democratic nomination to run for president.
