Lagarde on Brexit and EU Women Employment

Amidst the current economic uncertainties in the EU including the ongoing migrant crisis and potential Brexit, the IMF has released new findings that offer a solution to the stagnant economic growth - hire more women. A new IMF study found that replacing one man in a senior position with a woman can increase the profitability of European companies up to 8 percent.

The BBC's Katty Kay sat down with the IMF Director Christine Lagarde to talk about this new study as well as why Lagarde thinks the UK should remain in the EU.
