US Representative: US-Cuba visit begins an 'irreversible process'

President Barack Obama brought a large bipartisan delegation with him on his historic visit to Cuba including Congresswoman Karen Bass, a California Democrat.

Ms Bass told Laura Trevelyan that this trip is beginning an irreversible process that will see Cuba open up and change some of their policies.

Ms Bass, whose congressional district includes part of Los Angeles, also responded to the attacks in Brussels and how security can be tightened in major metropolitan areas.
