Orlando nightclub shooting: 'I used my bandana to stop the bleeding'

A shooting inside a gay nightclub in the Florida city of Orlando has caused mass casualties, according to local law enforcement.

One witness who was inside the club said that he saw multiple people with gunshot wounds.
