Fethullah Gulen: 'Second most powerful man in Turkey'

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has called for the United States to extradite an Islamic cleric Fethullah Gulen, whom he accuses of masterminding the attempted coup.

Mr Gulen has categorically denied any involvement.
