Dashcam shows shooting of Terence Crutcher in Tulsa

Dashcam footage has been released showing the moment an unarmed black man was fatally shot by a police officer in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The video shows 40-year-old Terence Crutcher walking towards his truck holding his hands in the air, before being shocked with a taser and then shot.
