Kellyanne Conway: 'Trump believes in democratic process'

Republican Donald Trump has refused to commit to accepting the election result if he loses, in the final TV debate against Hillary Clinton.

Donald Trump's campaign manager, Kellyanne Conway, defended his statement. She told the Today programme he does believe in the democratic process "but that doesn't mean there aren't irregularities."
