A photographer captures glamorous, decaying movie theatres

Going to the movies was once a glamorous affair and movie theatres were built like palaces.

But over the past century, many have been demolished, while others stand abandoned.

In a new book called After the Final Curtain, external, architectural photographer Matt Lambros has chronicled over 90 forgotten movie theatres across the US.
