Trump on torture: Ex-CIA boss Leon Panetta condemns US president

Donald Trump says he's been told torture works and that he feels waterboarding is effective.

The US president's words were condemned by the former director of the CIA, Leon Panetta, who ran the spy agency during the Obama administration.

He spoke to the BBC's Katty Kay for the 100 Days programme on BBC World News.
