Rex Tillerson, former CEO of ExxonMobil, gave his first speech at the US State Department following his confirmation as President Trump's top diplomat.

The Texan took the podium at a time when a "dissent cable" against Trump's extreme vetting order had gathered more than 1,000 signatures among State Department employees.
