Jeff Sessions: 'I did not discuss political campaign with Russia'

US Attorney General Jeff Sessions has responded to accusations he misled the Senate during his confirmation.

Speaking to MSNBC, Mr Sessions also said he would recuse himself "whenever it's appropriate" from the FBI investigation into allegations that Russia hacked Democratic organisations to influence the election.
