United Airlines passenger's family 'horrified'

The daughter of a man dragged screaming off a United Airlines flight because it was full has described his treatment as "horrifying".

Video of the incident - in which Dr David Dao lost two front teeth, suffered a broken nose and "significant" concussion - has been watched millions of times online.

Crystal Dao Pepper told the news conference in Chicago she was "sickened".
