Dropped out, bounced back, gunned down

Markel Scott was a school drop-out who had turned his life around and was just weeks away from graduating high school. He wasn't meant to become another Baltimore crime statistic.

Now Markel's mother, teachers and friends remember him - and reflect on what it's like to lose someone to the 'war on the streets'.
