John Kennedy 'in shock' at McCain cancer

Senator John McCain has been diagnosed with brain cancer, a month before his 81st birthday.

Responding to the news, fellow Republican Senator John Kennedy said he was shocked, and that senators had said prayers for the veteran politician.

"Senator McCain is tough," he told journalists. "And we're pulling for him."
