Trump denies speaking to Steve Bannon amid fall out

US President Donald Trump has told reporters that he no longer speaks to his former campaign chief Steve Bannon.

Mr Trump was asked for his response following the release of excerpts from a book containing damaging allegations about his administration said to have been made by Mr Bannon and others.
