Jacob Blake: Wisconsin official calls shooting a 'vendetta'

Wisconsin Lieutenant Governor Mandela Barnes says the shooting of Jacob Blake was "familiar violence to too many of us".

He said Mr Blake was shot in the back seven times on Sunday by a police officer in Kenosha.

Governor Tony Evers has called up the National Guard to help local police after the shooting sparked violent unrest.
