Trump: 'I wish new administration great luck and success'

Outgoing US President Donald Trump has wished the new administration "great luck and great success".

Mr Trump told his supporters at Joint Base Andrews that "we will be back in some form" - hours ahead of Mr Biden's inauguration, which he is not attending.
