Sacramento shooting: Enough is enough, says councillor

US police say six people have been killed and 12 others wounded in a shooting in California's state capital, Sacramento.

The attack took place during the early hours of Sunday morning, in an area with many bars and restaurants.

City council member Katie Valenzuela, who represents the district where the shooting happened, gave a tearful statement to reporters.
