Texas shooting response was wrong, says state safety chief

Police made the "wrong decision" during the deadly shooting at Robb Elementary school, the chief Texas safety official has said.

Steven McCraw, Director of the Texas Department of Public Safety, said the incident commander inside believed more equipment and officers were needed to make a tactical breach.

Mr McCraw said with "the benefit of hindsight" it was the wrong decision.
