Biden 'disagreed' with Liz Truss plan for tax cut for wealthy

US President Joe Biden has spoken of his objection to UK Prime Minister Liz Truss's plan to cut taxes for the "super wealthy", which she has now U-turned on.

Speaking in an Oregon ice cream parlour, Mr Biden said although he disagreed with the proposed policy "that's up to Great Britain... not me".
