US midterms: Trump slams Biden and hints at 2024 election run

Former president Donald Trump has hinted at a presidential run in 2024, addressing a rally in Pennsylvania.

Mr Trump began by taking aim at President Joe Biden and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, accusing them of destroying the country.

At the rally in Latrobe he urged people to vote Republican in Tuesday's US midterm elections.
