US VP Harris: Russian actions in Ukraine 'crimes against humanity'

US Vice-President Kamala Harris has said Russians responsible for "crimes against humanity" in Ukraine "will be held to account.

Her comments came as she addressed the Munich Security Conference, where issues including the Ukraine war and US-China relations are under discussion.
