Virginia officer inches from death as car spins across highway

An officer in Fairfax, Virginia is lucky to be alive after a speeding driver spun out of control, colliding with another car and nearly hitting the officer, who was attending a routine traffic stop.

The 17-year-old driver of the vehicle has been charged with reckless driving.
