Texas sheriff gets emotional talking about victims

Texas sheriff Greg Capers said he did not care about the legal status of the victims as he teared up in a press conference following a mass shooting in the town of Cleveland, Texas. The suspect, 38-year-old Francisco Oropeza, fired indiscriminately on a neighbour's home, killing five people inside, say police.
