President Biden spells out new path for student loan relief

President Joe Biden has announced new measures to provide student debt relief "to as many borrowers as possible, as quickly as possible".

The measures include a one year pause on penalties for missing debt repayments.

Mr Biden's announcement comes after the Supreme Court struck down his original proposal to forgive billions in student debt.
