Jacksonville racist shooting: 'He hated black people'
Officials in Jacksonville, Florida, expressed disgust at a racist shooting in which a gunman killed three black people in a store.
Jacksonville Sheriff T K Waters said manifestos authored by the shooter showed the attack was "racially motivated", while councilwoman Ju'coby Pittman said the community was "hurting" and was "sick and tired of being sick and tired".
