Video shows dramatic water rescues from US floods

The US Coast Guard rescued five people on Tuesday as an atmospheric river storm system brought heavy rains, flooding and unseasonably warm temperatures to the Pacific Northwest. The record-breaking weather disrupted transportation and closed schools in Washington state.
