Timelapse shows Geminid meteor shower in full splendour

The Geminid meteor shower, an annual celestial event, reached its peak on Wednesday and Thursday this week. According to Nasa, at least 120 Geminid meteors could be seen per hour under perfect conditions.

This timelapse video was recorded in Ninigret Park, Rhode Island, overnight into Thursday.
