Broadband targets set by the government 'will be missed'

The government is "going to miss" its targets on making sure everyone has superfast broadband by 2015 according a new report.

The Country Land and Business Association says the best broadband network in rural communities is unlikely to in place within the next three years.

5 live's Wake Up To Money spoke to Dr Charles Trotman, the head of rural business development at the CLA and the author of the report.
