Ex-minister: Sir Philip Green's offer too 'slippery'

Former pensions minister, Steve Webb, says Sir Philip Green's offer to the pensions regulator is "just too slippery".

The pensions regulator has launched enforcement action against Sir Philip Green and other former owners of BHS.

Mr Webb told the Today programme problem with Sir Philip is "he's kept making promises and not delivered".
