Vince Cable: Executive pay is 'totally dysfunctional'

Businesses who pay excessive salaries to senior executives represent the "unacceptable face of capitalism", Theresa May has said.

Sir Vince Cable, the leader of the Liberal Democrats, told the Today programme the way executive pay is set in the UK is "totally dysfunctional" and that the "culture" needs to change.
