Sexism 'was pervasive in finance'

Virgin Money boss Jayne-Anne Gadhia has told MPs that sexism was "pervasive" in finance.

Ms Ghadia, who worked at RBS from 2001 to 2007, added that the financial sector had changed and that it now challenges sexism in the workplace.
