Primary school league tables: Best results

All of the pupils assessed in reading, writing and maths in these 164 primary schools achieved at least the sort of results the government says they need to thrive in secondary school - known as good Level 4.
This is defined as achieving a Level 4B or above in reading and maths and a Level 4 or higher in the writing teacher assessment.
They are then ranked on the average point scores they achieved.
