Audio slideshow: John Barry's music

Famous for his work on the James Bond Films, Born Free and Out of Africa - the prolific composer has died at the age of 77. In addition to his award-winning film soundtracks, he also penned numerous TV themes - including for the 1960s BBC show, Juke Box Jury.

Here - in celebration of his life - listen to some of John Barry's most recognisable work, which played a big part in making dozens of films and television programmes so memorable.
