Adele's 21 holds on to the number one album position while her debut collection, 19, rose two place to number four.
She also has the number four single, Rolling in the Deep.
The Official Charts Company said she was the first living artist to simultaneously score two top five hits in both the UK singles and albums charts since The Beatles.
In January 1964, the band's singles I Want To Hold Your Hand and She Loves You were at numbers two and five while albums With The Beatles and Please Please Me were at one and two.
Tinie Tempah, meanwhile, has five of the top 40 singles, the highest of which is his collaboration with JLS, Eyes Wide Shut, at number eight.
Also in the singles chart, there was a new entry at 14 for Far East Movement featuring Ryan Tedder, with Rocketeer, while, at 21, You Me at Six featuring Chiddy Bang entered the chart with Rescue Me.
The cast of E4's Glee also hit the chart at 36 with Teenage Dream as well as at number 39 with their Start Me Up/Livin' on a Prayer "mash-up".
There were new entries in the album chart for PJ Harvey's Let England Shake, at number eight, and for Mogwai's Hardcore Will Never Die But You Will, at 25.
