CMA highlights: Blake Shelton wins entertainer of the year

Blake Shelton has topped the Country Music Association Awards picking up three awards including the top prize, entertainer of the year.

His wife, Miranda Lambert, took home female artist of the year and the couple won song of the year for Over You.

Lambert wept on stage during Shelton's emotional acceptance speech about his late father and the loss of his brother.
