How artist painted new portrait of the Queen

A new portrait of the Queen has been unveiled at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.

The painting by Welsh artist Dan Llywelyn Hall was commissioned by the Welsh Rugby Union to mark Her Majesty's patronage.

The finished portrait is painted in an expressionist style on a 5ft by 4ft canvas.

BBC News visited the artist's studio as he was putting the finishing touches to the work to find out what it was like to paint the Queen.
