UK scientists join forces with Brazil to fight Zika

A team of scientists from the UK says that time is of the essence in the fight against the cause of the Zika virus, and every day counts to try to steam the threat to pregnant woman and their babies.

More than 100 countries are known to be home to the Aedis aegypti mosquito that carries the virus.

Our environment correspondent Yvette Austin met Professor Gabriella Gibson, who is one of the scientists.
