How United Lincolnshire Hospitals overseas recruitment works
Figures obtained by the BBC have revealed a recruitment crisis in the NHS.
A Freedom of Information request shows more than two thirds of trusts and health boards across the UK are actively trying to recruit from abroad as they struggle to cope with a shortage of qualified staff.

Staff from the trust interviewed more than 200 potential nurses over four days.
Dominic Hughes explains how Lincolnshire's recruitment process in the Philippines works.
