Today an inquest concluded the fire was probably caused by an electrical fault. In a statement, area manager, Damien West said: "We must not let this tragedy be in vain.

A £1,000 reward is being offered as part of a police operation to tackle the illegal and anti-social use of off-road and quad bikes in South Derbyshire.
Last month police received 24 calls about the issue. The force said it's causing "disturbance and danger" to residents across the area.
The reward will be paid by Crimestoppers to anyone that passes on information that secures a conviction.

He said the public are reporting illegal riders but by time officers arrive they've left the area without any way of identifying them.

A couple are hoping to open an online club where cannabis can be legally bought by members and delivered to their home.
Carl Deacon and Lee-Anne Lawrie, from Groby in Leicestershire, have requested a cannabis licence from the Home Office.
The club will be a local franchise where members can buy the drug from the retailer CannaBliss.
The couple want to make the supply of medicinal cannabis safer so people don't have to put themselves at risk in accessing it.
Mr Deacon said he suffers from pain in his hands after an accident and he uses "vaporised cannabis flowers" to help with the aches.
Ms Lawrie said there are "lots of people" who need access to cannabis for medical reasons. She claims some of them are having to turn to the unregulated "black market".
The Home Office has said there are no plans to legalise the Class B drug as there is "clear scientific and medical evidence that cannabis is a harmful drug".
It said: "There are established processes in place for cannabis based products for medicinal use to be dispensed and supplied through appropriately licensed pharmacies and pharmaceutical wholesalers.”
