When she’s not interviewing A-list actors, you can find Charley Marlowe entertaining audience with videos that make you feel like you’re on Facetime with your funniest friend.
Since her TikTok career skyrocketed, the Liverpool-born presenter has hosted the BAFTAs, become a Radio 1 presenter, and fronted her own original series.
"C'MONNNNNNN! This is for every northern, working-class diva," Charley says accepting her award.
It's between these six nominees:
Bemi Orojuogun’s fellow bus enthusiasts didn’t let her down tonight, as she receives the most votes for Video of the Year.
Still working as a mental health nurse, she began posting clips of her smiling in front of buses around different parts of London to boost positivity on the platform.
Since then, she has racked up around 50 million views.
"TikTok, I cannot tell you how much I love you for allowing someone like me to shine on your platform," Bus Aunty says as she accepts the award.
"I also want to thank TfL," she says to much laughter.
"I love London red buses. For me they represent London - they're bold, beautiful, London is a fabulous place to be."
The nominees are:
From film premieres to 100th birthday cards from British royalty, Morgan M-James is using TikTok to be the eyes and ears of experiences that his viewers rarely have access to.
Also a musician, he has been posting on TikTok since 2019 and has cultivated around 1.1 million followers.
"I'm lost for words, which as Storyteller of the Year is not ideal," he jokes while accepting the award, adding that posting on the platform "genuinely changed my life".
TikTok says this winner will be a "stand-out creator who represents the pinnacle of high quality content". Here's a look at the nominees:

"She's a good old paperweight!" Nikki Lilly tells me as she holds her award.
"I have felt like an underdog in life and TikTok has given me such a special community."
She tells me she's putting the award on her shelf, to look upon during the harder days.
My bag asks her which creator she'd choose to swap accounts with for 24 hours.
She says Bus Aunty without a doubt.
"She's after my own heart. I would choose her to represent England."

He tells me the only people he needs to thank are those who watch his videos.
Nikki Lilly is a megastar, with just under 10m followers on TikTok alone. Her beauty and makeup videos regularly attract millions of viewers.
Now 21, Nikki is a veteran content creator, having already gained a massive online following, interviewed the then-prime minister Theresa May and won Junior Bake Off before the age of 16.
After being diagnosed with an arteriovenous malformation, a rare life-threatening medical condition at age six, she has used her platform to raise awareness and inspire others.
"As someone with a facial condition, I've never felt fully embraced in this space," she says while accepting her award.
She adds that she has found "so much safety" in the TikTok beauty world.
