    5 live's Chief Political Correspondent John Pienaar: "There is no dispute to be had. David Cameron is the winner" of the General Election 2015.

    The Conservative party are closing in on a slender majority government.

    John Pienaar also has "no doubt" that both Ed Miliband and Nick Clegg will stand down as party leaders saying: "We could see another couple of national party leaders who are women".
