What happened today?
We're going to wrap up our live coverage here for the night - bed is calling. Thank you for joining us.
Looking ahead to Thursday, expect Labour to dominate the airwaves because it's their manifesto launch day.
As we say goodnight, here's a run-down of all big stuff that happened on Wednesday:
- The Lib Dems had hoped to dominate the coverage today with the unveiling of their manifesto. It includes a raft of policy pledges from free childcare to a frequent flyer tax and the legalisation of cannabis. Our experts have gone into detail about the 12 most important announcements - so read that and it'll bring you up to speed.
- Boris Johnson somewhat stole the Lib Dems' thunder though. Whether it was deliberate or not, he answered a question from a worker during a campaign visit with a major policy announcement on National Insurance. He says the threshold for payment will rise to £9,500, but will hopefully, eventually, get to £12,500.
- The figures surrounding the NI announcement have been a bit confusing though - BBC Reality Check has tried to explain.
- Later in the day, Jo Swinson sat down for a chat with the BBC's Laura Kuenssberg to talk about her policies, but Laura detected a significant change in tone from the Lib Dem leader - and possibly, a change in her electoral aims too.Read Laura's latest blog for more.
- That shift in tone seemed to be reinforced by Ms Swinson's deputy who appeared to give away quite a lot about their plans.
- Criticism continued of the Tories over the decision by their press office to pose as a fact-checking body during the first TV debate of the campaign. Senior Conservatives dismissed the complaints.
- And the SNP's Nicola Sturgeon said Jeremy Corbyn would have little choice but to back a second Scottish independence referendum if he was looking for her party to help him into No 10 in the event of a hung Parliament.
