    Talks are now underway to find a solution to the dispute.

    Southern bosses are meeting union chiefs at the headquarters of the conciliation service Acas.

    They're expected to continue throughout the day.

    The strike's over proposed changes in roles for both guards and drivers, with drivers being responsible for opening and closing train doors at stations.

    The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has heavily criticised the government for not taking action as Southern passengers were plagued with another day of strikes today.  

    Thousands of people in the South East and London were affected when 2,000 services were cancelled yesterday due to industrial action and the same is expected today.

    • On routes shown in grey, there will be no service and you will not be able to travel
    • On routes shown in red and purple, you are advised that there will be a significantly reduced service and are advised not to travel
