It's a sheet of cardboard - nothing particularly significant about that - but primary school supply teacher, Elliott Lord, had an idea - to build fold-up beds for homeless people to sleep on (pictured).
He tested out the design in Wolverhampton, where at a local soup kitchen he got plenty of takers.
He insists he'll make no money and it's not a business. I'll have more on tonight's Midlands Today.

Becoming mostly dry later in the night with some clear periods developing with lows of 4C (39F).

Birmingham City Council has elected a new leader, so I decided to find out more about him and what people in the city think about the job that awaits him.
John Clancy, Labour councillor for Quinton, beat closest rival Penny Holbrook in Monday night's ballot.
A man from Walsall drowned while trying to rescue his daughter from a river in Cumbria, an inquest has found.
Dean Price went into the River Esk after his seven-year-old daughter, Delilah, slipped and fell into the water on 30 June.
The 32-year-old, from Walsall, got into difficulties and disappeared. His body was found hours later following an extensive search of the river.
The South Cumbria coroner recorded a verdict of accidental death.

Midfielder Jordan Graham says a five-match loan spell at Oxford was a vital step towards his debut for Wolves.
Graham, 20, returned to Wolves at the end of October after a month with the U's and was named in the starting line-up for Saturday's draw at Ipswich.
"It was a great loan for me because I feel I really improved and matured," he told BBC WM 95.6.

A close call for a man that's been waiting in the wings for more than a decade - John Clancy has finally become leader of the Labour group after five attempts and by just one vote.
He’ll officially become leader of Birmingham City Council on 1 December when the vote is ratified at full council.
He's no stranger to working in the public sector - an English teacher for many years, he also had a spell as a solicitor, as well as a business lecturer.

Ex-minister Liam Byrne has called for more to be done to help children whose parents are "hazardous drinkers" after speaking publicly about his father's fight with alcohol addiction.
The Labour MP is urging people to "break the silence" about the issue, a taboo subject he says must be tackled.
He told the BBC it "hurts like hell" to talk about his father, who died in the run-up to May's general election.
Children at risk must be identified and adults given the right help, he said.
The business lobby group, the CBI, says the investment by Jaguar Land Rover on the i54 business site will "unlock further growth" in the West Midlands - the company is set to hire hundreds of new workers as it plans to double the size of its Staffordshire factory.

A man has died after suffering head injuries at an entertainment venue in Oldbury.
The 49-year-old was hurt at the Samsons Banqueting Suite in Rood End Road, in the early hours of Sunday.
He was taken to hospital but died on Monday, police said. A post-mortem examination is taking place on Tuesday.
Two men were arrested on Monday evening and are helping police with their enquiries, a spokesman for West Midlands Police said.

A few months ago Birmingham Dogs Home, external moved to a new home.
They used to be in Birmingham city centre but they out grew their premises and are now re-located to Catherine-De-Barnes. In 2014 the charity rescued 3,600 stray dogs.
