    Phil Mackie
    Midlands correspondent, BBC News

The drugs smugglers were making so much money they were able to buy a small fleet of vehicles and have them all painted in their "company" liveryto make them look like genuine medical transport vehicles

The conspirators - all Dutch nationals - pretended to run a business repatriating sick British patients for insurance companies.

They created fake invoices and receipts, and they even hired people to pretend to be patients.

This was a sophisticated and well funded operation that successfully imported a huge quantity of class A drugs before it was discovered.

  11. Black Country Labour MPs air differences over plans to bomb IS in Syriapublished at 16:21

Deputy Labour leader, Tom Watson, says David Cameron has made a "compelling case" for bombing so-called Islamic State targets in Syria.

The comments from the West Bromwich East MP put him at odds with Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn who does not think Britain should join in the bombing.

Labour MP for Wolverhampton North East Emma Reynolds has added her voice to the row.

She said: "I'm not surprised he [Corbyn] is not backing military action but he is the leader of our party now and he does have to consult the shadow cabinet.

"If he said he was going to reach a collective view then I think he probably should have gone about it a different way."
